1. Gypsum line is generally suitable for installation after the completion of home decoration water and electricity, and before applying putty to the wall. Because gypsum line is mainly bonded with adhesive powder, supplemented by other fixing methods; The construction requirements for the grassroots are high, and the sand and mortar surface is relatively good.
2. If there is a putty layer, it needs to be removed and bonded with gypsum wire; If there is a ceiling, it is necessary to stick gypsum lines behind the ceiling and then apply wall putty to ensure its adhesion. In addition, the top gypsum line is usually installed after the first layer of putty construction is completed.
Installation method of gypsum line:
1. Adhesive line method
Firstly, the base putty must be removed, and at the same time, the cement mortar plaster layer must be exposed. This is very important to avoid the situation where the gypsum line keeps falling off. Using glue to adjust quick adhesive powder is the kind that can be adjusted as needed, which avoids more waste.
2. Nail method
Firstly, drill two 10mm holes on the wire groove of the gypsum wire mold. If it is 2 meters long, measure 55cm in the middle from the two ends, and then place it in the position to be installed. Use a pencil to draw the positions of the two holes drilled, remove them, use a 1cm electric hammer to drill the holes, and place plastic or wooden plugs. One person presses down on the gypsum wire, and the other uses self tapping screws to fix it.
