Integrated 45° sawing unit directly mills a precise 45° bevel from a straight edge, eliminating pre-processing steps.

Unique “edge band grooving” function pre-cuts grooves at bending points, ensuring the edge band conforms tightly to the beveled contour of the aluminum honeycomb panel—no lifting or delamination.

Dual independent glue systems (bevel + straight) for precise glue control, ensuring high bonding strength on the composite structure of aluminum honeycomb panels.

High-precision synchronized pressing unit applies even pressure to both bevel and straight edges, guaranteeing a perfectly flat and seamless bond.

The frame is laser-cut and integrally welded from steel plates, offering high rigidity to effectively suppress vibrations during aluminum honeycomb panel processing, ensuring machining accuracy.

Complete Processing Sequence

Straight Pressing → Synchronized Bevel & Straight Pressing	Apply hot melt adhesive to straight edges
Bevel Trimming	High precision laminating wheel ensures smooth edge banding and tight adhesion
End Trimming	Trim the beveled edge and seal the upper and lower edges of the edge tape to be level with the board surface
Scraping	Accurately cut off excess edge banding before and after, with a smooth cut surface
Cleaning → Polishing	Remove surface knife marks and excess glue
