1.Automatic Board Feeding Machine

2. Double-Side Laminating Machine

Capable of simultaneously laminating PVC decorative film on the front and aluminum foil on the back of gypsum boards; multi-stage tension control and flattening system effectively prevent film wrinkling; integrated automatic glue applicator and cold press ensure uniform adhesive coating without bubbles; PLC-controlled system automatically adjusts roller gap to accommodate various board thicknesses; includes a standard 0.25-ton electric hoist for film roll loading/unloading.

3.Automatic Board Unloading Machine

Features a secondary conveyor system with automatic stacking preparation; symmetrical structural design with the feeding machine ensures seamless and efficient line integration.

4.Automatic Cutting System

Equipped with horizontal and vertical cutting units (total of 3+5 high-speed cutting motors); integrated dust extraction ducts; includes a 90° chain turner and belt conveyors; fully automated via PLC control.

5.Edge Taping Machine

Supports simultaneous horizontal and vertical edge taping for standard panel sizes such as 600×600 mm and 600×1200 mm; built-in counting and bundling function automatically groups panels into preset quantities (e.g., 10 pcs/bundle).

6.Automatic Packing Machine

Uses heat-shrink film packaging suitable for finished carton sizes like 600×600×80 mm or 600×1200×80 mm; integrates heat-sealing cutter and thermostatic shrink tunnel for secure and neat packaging.

7.Dust Collection System

Utilizes a bag-type pulse-jet dust collector with high-pressure centrifugal blower; covers all key dust-generating zones along the line with 18 flexible suction hoses and 5 main ducts; supports automatic pulse cleaning for easy maintenance.

8.Automatic Stacking Machine

Hydraulic-driven and PLC-controlled (optional); enables automatic stacking, lifting, and pallet ejection; significantly improves warehousing and logistics efficiency.
