Main Systems & Components

1.#1 Veer System

Equipped with turbo gear motors, servo motors, and multiple plummer blocks for smooth and precise operation.

2.Mould Cleaning System

Features cleaning brushes, washing unit, gear motor, Type-B belts, and plummer blocks for automatic mold cleaning.

3.Beater / Slurry Mixer

Consists of beater frame, mixing unit, motor, Type-B belt, and bearings for homogeneous gypsum slurry preparation.

4.Forming System

Integrated with automatic grid cloth laying, fiberglass strand feeding, pneumatic cylinders, and high-frequency vibrators to enhance product strength and surface finish.

5.Forming Transport System

Utilizes forming rollers, gear motors, tempered glass platform, and yellow insulating boards for stable forming process.

6.#2 Veer System

Fitted with green conveyor belt, turbo gear motors, servo motors, and multiple bearings for return-path turning.

7.Feeding System

Includes large and small screw feeding devices, both driven by gear motors to ensure continuous and stable raw material supply.

8.Storage Silo

Stainless steel silo with support frame, moisture-resistant and anti-caking, with sufficient capacity.

9.Gypsum Powder Carrier

Uses herringbone conveyor belt and gear motor for efficient gypsum powder transfer to the mixer.

10.PLC Control Box

Centralized PLC control cabinet for easy operation, full automation, and fault alarm functions.

11.Air Compressor System

Spiral air compressor with air tank provides stable compressed air for pneumatic components (e.g., cylinders).
