Product Description
A hot press machine is an electrical and mechanical connection device that heats two parts pre coated with solder flux and tin plating to a temperature that melts and flows the solder, solidifies, and forms an electrical and mechanical connection between the parts and the solder. Different products have different heating rates to choose from. Titanium alloy indenter ensures even temperature, fast heating, and long service life. The pressure head adopts a horizontally adjustable design to evenly compress the components. Temperature numerical control, clear and precise. Equipped with a digital pressure gauge that can preset the pressure range.
The NYJ series is mainly used for the veneer of melamine impregnated paper for door frame and skirting lines. It can be customized in size according to customer needs and can be equipped with a top cylinder to increase production efficiency.
Working principle
The principle of pulse heating is that due to the design of the welding head surface, the resistance of the welding surface is small, and the current will pass through the section with low resistance. By continuously changing the voltage and adjusting the current level, heat is generated through the soldering head.
