3.Advanced Gluing & Preheating:

Glue Pot: Specialized design for even adhesive application;

Panel Preheater: Heats panel before gluing to enhance bonding strength.

4.Four-Wheel Pressing Unit: One driven + three idler rollers (two conical + two straight)—ensures tight adhesion and prevents edge lifting.

5.Two-Stage Profiling System:

Rough Trimming: Dual 0.75 kW motors, adjustable angles, for bulk material removal;

Fine Profiling: Dual 0.75 kW motors, adjustable angles, for precision finishing;

Both units feature independent dust extraction hoods.
